The actual service on the vehicle was fine, but I had an 11am appointment and the vehicle wasn't taken back until around 11:50, and was complete until 1:00. This is completely unacceptable and only caused by Coughlin overbooking themselves instead of spacing the appointments out. I normally have good experience with your service department, but this is the second time I've had this happen. It happened a few months ago when I brought my F450 in for service at the Ford store.

I like dealing with the GMC service department. They have always done a good job what ever service I've done. One time I complained about oil on the engine after an oil change. It's never happened again. I think they do a good job & we continue to have are vehicles there.

Everything went smooth as far as the recall on my 2023 Tahoe. However i am not sure i agree that we should be responsible for the 200 to 250 oil changes for the life of the vehicle. This was not our fault and now we have to pay over double for PM's. This was a GM issue and should get penalized for it.

Was in for an oil change and the technician spilled oil on the exhaust manifold. When I was driving down the road, I notice a burnt oil smell in the cab and then smoking coming out of the hood. Needed to return to have it cleaned up.

All went smoothly. Feel I was treated fairly and not pressured.

CC fee is tough. I use your services for a company vehicle and don't have any other option but to use a CC. Getting hit with the additional fee is starting to push me to find other alternatives.

A bit of waiting on parts but to be expected. A computer module went out and with diagnostic time and parts delivery all went well, then a second problem was diagnosed and parts ordered and repairs timeline was great

I bought a brand new truck the check engine light came on the 2nd day I had it. Took it to this service department and the writer told me it was a bad fuel injector in cylinder 6. They kept the truck for 2 hours said it was fixed. I went to pick it up the light was off, the next morning it was back on. They said GM has them clear the codes the 1st time if it comes on a 2nd time then they fix the issue.

My chevy bolt I recently perchance has lost over 60 miles of range from 247 to 179 right after I purchased it. Dealer said update would fix the problem. After updates nothing changed. I wouldn't have bought a car with under 200 miles of range.

Oil and filter change along with tire rotation.

Rob was very helpful. Got me in for service quickly and found my battery to be bad. While checking also found my OnStar Module to be bad and had to order that part. Will get me back in when that part arrives. Great customer service.

Came in for my first service and was here for 2 1/2 hours. Appointment time was 1230 didn't leave til 300.

It's unbelievable the price of service. There was a $50 price jump on getting ny oil changed. That's awful.

I dealt with Paul on my vehicle repair and service. There was a minor issue with the extended warranty repair, Paul kept me informed on what was going on and I feel went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Had to wait a little longer this time, they were very busy. But our attendant was very nice.

I called Rob and he scheduled me an appointment that was convenient for dropping off the kids to school to make sure that I had time for everything when I went to drop off my car. He had a rental for me cause he knew it that I needed a car to be able to pick up the kids from school. He got everything fixed on my car and then explained it to me even though some parts I didn’t understand he took the time to explain it to me and didn’t get frustrated with me. Rob does a great job on getting my car service for me.

People were great! Your scheduling computer not so much. Scheduled an appointment using a quick lube link for 8:30 am. Even received a confirmation on several levels. But the appointment never showed up when trying to check in. The service area I was in did have me out around 2 hours. Which is pretty good.

Charge the air conditioning which already doesn’t work 1 week later. Explained it was bone dry and no reason why. Have to take it back again

Service went well. My concern is the dealership advertises rentals and shuttle service is available, but when I ask to utilize these services I am told they are unavailable. I live 25 miles away so it is 100 miles of driving for me and my wife to drop off the vehicle. I like this dealership and service, but it will be difficult to continue to use them without a loaner or a rental car.

Took our truck in for a new thermostat due to having no heat. No Estimate: Charged $306.27. They wanted to do a heater core flush also. No estimate. Charged Total bill for both $625.57!! Paid cash. Picked it back up, drove a couple miles and still had no heat. Took it back, A tech looked at it and agreed there was no heat. He said to leave it and they would look at it but I took it home because I didn't trust leaving it since it wasn't done right the 1st time after paying such a high price! I felt I was being taken advantage of as I am a disabled senior citizen. They told me to call back on Monday, got a message to leave a message. Left a message, They called back, they said bring it back in & they'd look at it. They said it could be one of several problems. I haven't taken it back yet because my wife & I have each had doctor apts. to go to. I also don't trust them to do it right since they didn't do it right the 1st time. A simple job of putting in a thermostat has turned into a nightmare!! We bought our car from there a few years ago so I thought I could trust them. I will never trust them again.

While I don’t agree with the price of the service, the service writer was a really big help and he even gave me a $20 coupon so I could save some money. Very satisfied. Rob, my service consultant saved me over $650 by pointing out how many reward points I had accumulated and applying them toward my bill. Additionally, all service needs we addressed except one. The driver's side sun visor is no longer available For my wife's 2008 Chevy Trailblazer. Not Coughlin's fault. It is an eighteen year old vehicle.

I wish I could leave a better review, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating. This wasn't my first visit for the same transmission issue. After previous appointments, I was assured everything was fine. At one point, I even paid a deductible for what was essentially described as a special transmission fluid that was supposed to solve the problem. It didn't. I dropped my truck off on June 1 and didn't get it back until June 24—23 days without my vehicle. To make matters worse, the warranty only covered seven days of a rental car, leaving me without transportation for over two weeks through no fault of my own. After waiting more than three weeks, I was still required to pay another $200 deductible. It's difficult to understand why customers are expected to keep paying deductibles when the original issue wasn't properly resolved in the first place. I understand that repairs can take time and that some things are outside a dealership's control. What I can't overlook is the lack of a lasting repair, the inconvenience of being without reliable transportation, and the financial burden that came with it. I expected much better communication, accountability, and customer service throughout this process

My antenna is blocking Serius FM signal. I was told they would see if repair would be covered under warranty. I was told the part would have to be ordered and they would get back with me. I still don’t know if it’s something that will be covered under the warranty.

Right rear turn lamp warning came on. My husband looked it up online and deduced that the whole lamp assembly needed replace. Called to schedule an appointment and told service rep that they should go ahead and order part. When I arrived they looked at the issue and told me they had to order the whole assembly which my husband had already told them to do. This resulted in 2 trips of a 45 min drive. Day I drove Acadia home a warning for the left rear turn lamp came on. Scheduled service, they ordered wrong part. Result, another 2 trips.

Automobile dropped off and left for over a month and when it was picked up, problem still there, had to be taken straight back. 3rd time for this exact problem.
